Owning the Bezzera Galatea Domus & Ceado E6 Timer
Bezzera's Galatea Domus is a machine with a statement to make. With a gorgeous frame of AISI 304 stainless steel and a 2 liter copper boiler, the Galatea Domus is as good at brewing as it is pretty. The Ceado E6 Timer grinder thinks strong so it can work better. Equipped with Ceado's patented Steady Lock System, a constant distance is maintained between the 64mm stainless steel burrs even under high stress. The grinder's timer can be switched on or off to trigger 60 second grinding intervals that will completely fill the doser, while the doser itself can be adjusted to dispense between 5.5g - 9g with every pull of the lever.
