There are a few features new to this version of the machine. First, the JURA E8 is wireless ready. Once users purchase the WiFi Connect (sold separately), their E8 will pair with the J.O.E. app, allowing you to schedule brew times.
The updated professional Aroma Grinder is engineered to deliver more grounds to the group by enclosing its conical burrs. The JURA E8 also offers an extra shot option for milk drinks. This prompts the E8 to grind and brew an extra shot for a more pronounced coffee taste.
The JURA E8 has a 64 oz water tank and 10 oz bean grinder, plus one-touch milk system cleaning with JURA’s milk cleaning container that fits perfectly into the drip tray—all important aspects if the machine will have multiple users. Grind with ease using the Professional Aroma Grinder built into the Jura E8. The grinder’s purpose is to ensure more of the bean flavor ends up in the final product. It does this by grinding within a closed group, meaning less grounds lose their way heading to the brew group. With more ground coffee being extracted, the final shot will be fuller in flavor.
