Redesigned with a PID temperature controller and an updated thermosiphon, the Giotto is a powerful and stable heat exchange machine. Program brew temperature via the offset guide in the Giotto's user manual to enjoy consistent shots without ever having to perform a cooling flush. The signature flared out side panels are sure to turn heads at your next get together.

Quiet and quick, the Eureka Atom efficiently grinds for espresso, but is equipped for all purpose use. With stepless, micrometric adjustment you can infinitely move the motor assembly to raise or lower the bottom burr. The Atom can be programmed for single and double shots (within 1/10 of a second) and is capable of manual grinding. Thanks to the unique setup of the burrs, you don't lose your calibration when you remove the top burr for cleaning.

Rocket Espresso Giotto Type V: Heat Exchange Boiler, PID Temperature Controller, Rocket E61 Group, Inimitable Rocket Style, Vibration Pump, Height Adjustable Feet, Made in Milan
