Micro-Roast Coffee

Produced in small batches, micro roast coffees represent a small but vocal segment of the market. As part of the “third wave” of coffee, micro roasting is part of an effort to have coffee recognized for its merits as a gourmet product. The hallmark of a good micro roast is the emphasis placed on freshness, carefully selected beans, and precise roast profiles.
