Espresso Smoothie

A chilly smoothie, for the health-conscious espresso-lover. If you're not concerned about the fat content, you can always use regular ice cream for this drink.

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz espresso, chilled
  • 3/4 cup non-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 T sugar

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
