Italian Stallion is an espresso blend that we developed in collaboration with our friends at Maromas Coffees. Crafted from a pairing of natural process Ethiopia Sidamo Arabica and washed India Kaapi Royale Robusta beans, the union of the two produces a rich blend with deep notes of dark chocolate covered popcorn with blueberry acidity. Italian Stallion produces delicious, bold shots of espresso and mellows out a bit when prepared in a latte.
