Package says delivered but you don’t have it?
- Check for multiple shipments – Your order may arrive in separate boxes with different tracking numbers.
- Look around – Carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden spots (porches, patios, behind objects).
- Parcel lockers – USPS may place your package in a locker. If you didn’t receive a key, contact your local post office or building management.
- Contact your local post office – If the shipment was delivered by USPS and tracking shows Delivered, your local post office may be able to check with the carrier, confirm the exact delivery location, or determine if the package is being held at the post office if it did not fit in your mailbox.
