Do You Have a Fondness for Fondue?

If you're like me and love fondue, I can't think of a better recipe to treat yourself with this weekend! You really can't go wrong when you dip things into delicious melted chocolate, especially with espresso in the mix. So, without further ado, this is what you'll need to make some fondue of your own:


Ingredients

  • 14 Ounces of wrapped caramel cubes
  • 1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 2 Ounces of Espresso
  • 3 Ounces of Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips

Directions

Start by simmering water in a double-boiler pot on the stove. Once your pot is to temperature simply combine all of your ingredients and stir, gently yet continuously. Once everything has blended completely into a nice, smooth mixture, you're all set.

Now, if you have one, transfer your fondue into a fondue pot to keep it at temperature. If you don't have one, all you really need to do is keep it hot and stir it occasionally. Once that's done, you can dip, and dunk, and ladle your fondue to your heart's content!
