Cinnamon Roll Latte
Cinnamon rolls are a delicious treat that are perfect for chilly winter mornings, and this latte follows in the footsteps of the treat that inspired it. The syrup is easy to make ahead of time, so this latte recipe is a great choice whether you’re adding a dash into your usual morning latte or impressing your guests.

Ingredients for the syrup
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp vanilla extract

Milk

Directions
To make the syrup, combine all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often, and once it’s boiling turn the heat to low and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool before pouring into an airtight container and storing in your fridge. It will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks. Let the syrup chill fully before using in a latte.
When you’re ready to make your latte, pour the amount of syrup you want into a glass and pull your shot of espresso over it. Stir until they’re fully combined.
Steam your milk and pour over your espresso mixture.

Ingredients for Cranberry Cinnamon White Mocha
1 tablespoon white chocolate sauce
1 tablespoon cranberry cinnamon syrup
6 oz whole milk
A shot of espresso

1 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of cranberries
2-3 cinnamon sticks

Make the cranberry cinnamon syrup by combining all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and stir to combine until the sugar dissolves. Then reduce heat to low and let simmer covered for 5 minutes before removing from heat. Allow the mixture to cool before straining it into an airtight container, then refrigerate it. The syrup will stay good for 2-3 weeks in the fridge.

Ingredients
One shot of dark rum
One shot of kahlua
One shot of espresso
½ cup of eggnog
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice
Cinnamon for garnish

Directions
Combine all the rum, kahlua, espresso, eggnog, vanilla extract, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon.

Cranberry Cinnamon Spritz Cocktail
If you already made up the syrup for the cranberry cinnamon white mocha recipe, you can reuse it for this cocktail! Being able to reuse the same syrup more than once makes it easier to prep before having guests over.

Ingredients for the cocktail
1.5 oz of vodka
Fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water (made with the iSi Sodamaker)
1 tablespoon of cranberry cinnamon syrup
Ice

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of cranberries

Once the syrup fully cools, combine the vodka, lemon juice, cranberry cinnamon syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine.
