No water flow, slow or uneven flow, or error codes like E05 or a repeat priming request can all indicate flow issues. Typically, flow issues will be due to buildup or blockages in your brew unit area due to coffee oil or in your machine's internal water pathway due to scale build up.

Pump Test and Ventilation - Get more information about your flow issue
- Getting a steady stream to dispense may be all that is needed to resolve a flow issue
- Pump or flow meter failure is rare, testing will help confirm or eliminate it as an option
- If the internal water pathway is okay, the brew unit area will be the most likely source of blockages or bad connections
