Troubleshoot missing numbers or PID segments on the Expobar Office Lever and Brewtus IV PID.


If the PID display on your Expobar Brewtus IV is not properly displaying all of the numbers or segments that it should be, there are several potential causes for this behavior. Read on for instructions on how to diagnose and correct this issue.

  • Inspect the wires in the back of the PID to make sure they are full inserted in the connectors and the connectors are all tight and nothing is unplugged.
  • If the display is missing segments or flickering and the connections are all fine, replace the PID.
If the display is blank, testing for voltage from the board to the PID is necessary to determine if the control board has failed, or the PID has failed.
