This durable 17 oz press makes up to 4 cups of coffee. The metal frame and lid are made from chrome plated steel, while the carafe itself is made from plastic. The Chambord’s handle is made from matte finished Polypropylene for a comfortable grip and attractive appearance. For best results, Bodum recommends using coarse, freshly ground beans with water between 198 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit. This product is dishwasher safe.
