BIT BoB Series 58mm Filter Baskets
The BIT BoB series of precision filter baskets were developed by legendary cup tasting champion Sauro Dall’Aglio. Designed in collaboration with IMS, the BoB Filter Baskets feature a curved shape to pull shots with improved sweetness and boldness, with much more body and less bitterness.
With its curved design, the BoB basket promotes rapid “regrouping” of the stream of water during pre-infusion. As a result, channeling and over extraction are reduced.
Sauro put it best when he described BoB as “...A friend that everyone has, everyone knows a BoB…” The goal of the basket is to offer a simple and affordable option to home baristas as well as cafés and roasters to improve the quality of their shots.
Each basket can be dosed up to the amount specified in its name. The BoB 10 can also be used to brew using ESE pods.
