Bonavita Enthusiast 8-Cup Drip Coffee Brewer
Enjoy convenient, Golden Cup standard coffee with Bonavita’s Enthusiast 8-Cup Coffee Brewer. Certified by the SCA thanks to its powerful 1,200 W heating element which maintains a temperature between 195° - 205° F while brewing. Its wide dispersion shower head helps to guarantee even wetting and saturation of the coffee grounds for a balanced extraction.
The Enthusiast has a simple four button panel to control brewing, pre-infusion, and descaling. When powered on, use the Brew button to prepare up to 8 cups (1.3 L) of coffee in just six minutes. The Bloom button can be used to extend extraction time by adding a bloom phase to off-gas CO2 prior to brewing for particularly freshly roasted coffees.
Depending on your preference, the Enthusiast is available in glass and thermal carafe versions. The glass carafe features a warming plate to keep coffee hot while the thermal carafe version holds temperature for up to four hours. Both the glass and thermal carafe versions feature a "drip pause" design that stops the flow of coffee if you remove the carafe to pour a cup mid-brew cycle.
All plastic components used for brewing including the Carafe Lid, Filter Basket and Showerhead are BPA free and dishwasher safe.
