Owning the Nespresso Vertuoline Evoluo
A member of Nespresso’s VertuoLine series, the Evoluo brewer brings you crema topped espresso and coffee at the press of a button with patented gentle Centrifusion brewing technology. Don’t worry if you can’t think before you’ve had your morning coffee, the Evoluo heats up in 15-20 seconds and is equipped with a barcode scanner so it knows which brew method your capsule is calibrated for and automatically pulls an espresso (1.35oz) or a cup of coffee (7.77 oz). Not only does the scanner recognize the size of the capsule and pull the perfect amount of water through, it’s also set up to recognize which blend you’re using and follow the pre-programmed brewing parameters to ensure the perfect cup. All that at just a single press of a button. Plus, if you’re in a hurry the drip tray is adjustable to accommodate a tall glass or thermal travel mug, and the machine automatically powers down after nine minutes of sitting idle. If you prefer a cappuccino or latte, the Aeroccino makes an airy froth to top off your shot.
Like other Nespresso machines spent capsules are ejected into an internal dreg box after brewing. This will need to be emptied after 13 capsules have been brewed. The water tank is removable and holds up to 40 oz. When the boilers need to be descaled the machine will prompt you. Overall this is a very simple machine to use and each cup is sure to delight. The Nespresso Vertuoline Evoluo measures 7.9” W x 12.3” D x 12.2” H and weighs 10.8lbs.
Each Vertuoline Evoluo unit is backed by a 1-Year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase and upon registering your machine with Nespresso.
