We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our company. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Coffee
  • Parts
  • Accessories
  • Cleaning products
  • Filtration products

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the freight/shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise. Ensure that the items are securely packaged and sent back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

 

Restocking Fees

In the US

We assess a restocking fee on all items returned in the US equal to 5% of the item's purchase price. This fee is waived if you are exchanging your item for a product of equal or greater value. 

In Canada

We assess a restocking fee on all items returned in Canada equal to 15% of the item's purchase price. This fee covers the cost of a return label, which we will provide to you.
