Learn how to activate, deactivate, or replace the filter on your machine. A filter that is not properly activated can block off the flow for your machine. Ensure the filter is activated, and the reservoir is fully seated.

It should just be a matter of selecting REPLACE or turning the filter off from the filter menu and then physically replacing the filter and turning it on. Be sure to confirm with the check mark as well to save the changes. If the machine does decide it is not time, and that's not working, another thing you can try is a hard reset on your machine. You can either choose factory reset from your machine's main menu, or you can run a steam out procedure. The steam out will reset your machine in the same way as the factory reset, so either method is fine to use.

**Please note that after the steam out, the machine may take a little time to recalibrate. You may see weak shots or sloppy pucks for the first few shots, similar to when the machine was new out of the box. The machine has a built-in algorithm that makes micro adjustments over time, so it will return to proper calibration on its own.**
