Demo mode does not need to be used at home, but it can be easy to turn it on accidentally. The good news is, it's just as easy to turn it back off! Gaggia Accademia (2022): Demo Mode Your machine may not have the option for demo mode and that is okay! You may also see it on your screen as the machine turns on. Pressing that button will enter or exit, so if you just leave it alone, the machine will not enter demo mode. Consult the instructions from the manual shown above if your machine will not exit demo mode or respond to buttons.
