Learn how to use the Coffee Boost feature on the Gaggia Accademia (2022). Essentially the coffee boost is grinding and brewing twice to result in the volume that has been selected. Otherwise, one espresso shot glass icon on the screen will equate to a single grind and puck preparation. Changing the icon to 2 glasses will prepare 2 pucks.
