Gaggia Accademia (2022): Cup Warmer Issue

If the wake up timer on your Accademia does not seem to be working properly, turn on your warmer manually to ensure the warmer itself is working properly. If it is not, it’s possible that the wiring to your warmer has become disconnected in transit. If the warmer turns on manually, check the following:

• Double check the process in the manual or this video.
• Be sure that the date and time are correct. 
• The Accademia time is in 24 hours, adjust accordingly as needed.
• Screen will need to be touched for machine to fully power on
• The warmer should stay on for an hour, but if you miss the window, the machine will just have reverted to normal standby mode.
