Automatic Brew Unit Cleaning Cycle On a weekly basis, we recommend rinsing your Gaggia Accademia's brew group under cold water. On a monthly basis, we recommend running the brew group cleaning cycle using Gaggia Coffee Clean Tablets or Urnex Rinza Cleaning Tablets for super-automatic espresso machines.
