Gaggia Magenta: Thermostat Replacement

Learn what this set of codes means for your machine and what you can do to try and resolve the problem. An E14 will specifically mean that there is a problem with the brew boiler temperature. E15 refers to the steam boiler. E10 and 11 refer to brew boiler issues as well and 12 and 13 are for the steam boiler. This CAN mean that replacing the thermostat will resolve the issue. Both boilers have 2 thermostats that are all the same part. We recommend replacing both on the brew boiler if you're going to be replacing one:
