If your machine is turning on and at least making the initial sounds, but nothing can be seen on the screen, there may be an issue with the screen itself. With electrical problems, it's not possible to determine for sure that this particular piece is the problem. For that reason, a repair is recommended. If the screen is dimmer than normal, be sure to check out the contrast on your machine’s main menu.
