Gaggia Accademia (2022): Brewing Temperature Issues
Indicators that your brew thermostat or steam thermostat are not working would generally be one of the wrench error codes with a double digit number between 10 and 15. The small volume of an espresso shot means the heat can dissipate very rapidly, especially if the cup is well below the temperature of your coffee.
How to Change the Temperature of Your Dispensed Beverage:
- Change the beverage settings using the beverage menu
- Adjust your settings using On the Fly Programming
- Use the built-in cup warmer and wake-up timer to pre-heat your cups
- Run some hot water into your mug as you would when Making Tea
There is no way to accurately measure the temperature of the brewing water on your super-automatic espresso machine. The temperature will have cooled down to drinkable temperatures. The expected range of temperatures for your brewed espresso is 69 to 85 degrees Celsius or 156 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
