The indicator of the water drop with arrows surrounding on your machine will mean the machine wants you to press the aroma strength button with the check mark to run some water through the wand. For the Prestige, make sure your Hot Water Spout is inserted in the carafe connection point. Typically this will clear the error and you’re ready to brew. If water is dispensed but you’ve got the error still, there may be a problem with your flow meter.  Why Do I Keep Getting the Error After Water Dispenses? If no water dispenses at any point in the machine's operation, you may need to Force Prime.
