Learn how to perform a pump test, how to diagnose flow issues, and what to do when getting poor flow and/or pressure from the Gaggia Velasca. Tech Menu Walkthrough To enter the tech menu, turn the machine off and unplug it for a few minutes. Press and hold the espresso button and menu button (or special drinks button for the prestige version) and plug the machine in while still holding those buttons. Once the screen displays its firmware information, you can release the buttons.
