Gaggia Velasca: No Flow or Slow Flow

No water flow, slow or uneven flow, or screen errors like a repeat priming request or top lights error can all indicate flow issues. Typically, flow issues will be due to buildup or blockages in your brew unit area due to coffee oil or in your machine's internal water pathway due to scale build up. A Priming Request may not be an issue. Press the AROMA STRENGTH button (with that check mark) to dispense water from the steam wand. For the prestige, make sure you have the Hot Water Dispensing Spout inserted.
