Learn how to program and make milk drinks using the milk carafe on the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige, as well as how to clean the milk carafe, how to dispense hot water, and how to dispense milk foam. 2% or whole dairy milk is the intended milk for your beverage settings. Non-dairy milks are fine to use but may not froth as well as dairy. For any pre-sweetened milks especially, be sure to clean the carafe, Cappuccinatore, or wand after each use.
