Profitec Pro 700: Remove and Install Housing

This article shows you how to remove and reinstall the stainless-steel housing on a Profitec Pro 700 so you can safely access the interior for inspection or service. You’ll learn how to prep the machine, loosen the correct fasteners (including the slotted top and front L-channel screws), tilt and support the machine without damage, slide the three housing panels off as a unit, and reseat everything with clean, flush seams. We also call out the pump shipping stabilizer (“wing nut”) you should remove on new machines.
