Learn how to remove the housing, gauge and capillary of an ECM Technika V Profi PID espresso machine. 1. Start by using a 2.5mm Allen wrench to remove the four Allen screws that hold on the cup warmer. Once removed, lift the cup warmer off the machine and place off to the side.
