Bezzera BZ07 and Eureka Atom

The Bezzera BZ07 and Eureka Atom package offers up some of the best of Italian ingenuity when it comes to grinding and brewing espresso. Equipped an electrically heated Bezzera group, the BZ07 is a heat exchange espresso machine with programmable shot times for added convenience. The dual pressure gauge allows you to keep an eye on brew and steam pressure, while the PID uniquely displays expected brew temperature instead of the typical steam temperature. Program your preferred shot volumes, set your temperature, and enjoy simple and consistent espresso.

Quiet and quick, the Eureka Atom efficiently grinds for espresso, but is equipped for all purpose use. With stepless, micrometric adjustment you can infinitely move the motor assembly to raise or lower the bottom burr. The Atom can be programmed for single and double shots (within 1/10 of a second) and is capable of manual grinding. Thanks to the unique setup of the burrs, you don't lose your calibration when you remove the top burr for cleaning.
