This Bonavita ensures that you’ll be at exactly the right temperature, whatever you find yourself brewing, with a range of 140° - 212° that can be adjusted in increments of 1°. Likewise the gooseneck spout offers more precise pouring ideal for the preparation of pour over coffee. On the front of the kettle the digital display provides you with real time readings, letting you know when your desired temperature has been reached. You can also have the kettle hold a specific temperature for up to one hour if necessary. In coffee shops and cafes the powerful 1500 watt heating element will help to cut down on wait time. The kettle is made from beautiful brushed stainless steel and BPA-free plastic.
With a temperature range of 140° - 212°, the kettle can be adjusted in 1° increments allowing you to set the ideal temperature for whatever kind of beverage you’re brewing. The digital display on the front of the kettle allows you to monitor the temperature of your water in real time similar to a PID.
To cut down on wait time, the kettle features a 1500 watt heating element designed to reach the specified temperature as quickly as possible. An added benefit of the powerful element is that it helps to more precisely maintain the specified temperature. Should you find yourself in the midst of multitasking, the “Heat-and-Hold” feature can be used to maintain a specified temperature for up to an hour.
