BWT Bestbarista ROC COFFEE

PLEASE NOTE: Regardless of your water's hardness, it must be safe for drinking before being run through the RO system. Though not required, it is recommended to prefilter raw water through a BWT Besttaste filter cartridge in order to extend the life of the membrane cartridge.

The BWT Bestbarista ROC COFFEE is a robust reverse osmosis system from BWT that is designed as a solution to treat water of all degrees of hardness. Using two cartridges, a high efficiency Bestaqua reverse osmosis membrane and a Bestbarista ROC COFFEE remineralization cartridge. The Bestbarista remineralization cartridge optimizes water for coffee brewing with the reintroduction of magnesium and silicate to improve flavor.

Because the Bestbarista ROC Coffee can be used with raw water of any quality, the system guarantees consistency of the finished remineralized product regardless of where you are. The entire system is compact at just 10.9" W x 11.7" D x 19.9" H and easy to install with an M ¾" fitting for feed water, M 3/8" fitting for permeate, and 8mm John Guest fittings for both the concentrate and the external tank.

Why You Want the BWT Bestbarista ROC COFFEE

Scale and Corrosion Protection

Reverse osmosis systems provide protection from both mineral buildup and corrosion by filtering out a wide range of substances that can cause harm or damage to your machine. These substances include, but are not limited to:

Limescale [calcium carbonate], Gypsum [calcium sulphate], Particles, Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, Sulphate, Carbonate, Chloride, Off-Flavors, Chlorine

Perfect Remineralization

After water is filtered through the membrane cartridge, it passes through the Bestbarista ROC COFFEE cartridge for remineralization. The Bestbarista cartridge releases magnesium and silicate back into the water to optimize it for coffee. Magnesium serves as a powerful flavor carrier and stabilizer while silicate helps to improve mouthfeel while also contributing to flavor stability. The result is a system that not only protects your equipment from harm, but also produces water that will ultimately brew better coffee.

Complete System Monitoring

Using the companion app called ROC Control you can control factors such as water rinsing parameters to control TDS targets, set reminders and alerts for changing filters, and receive alerts when the system requires your attention to ensure that your water is safely and effectively treated for your machine
