The Eureka Mignon Design is an all-purpose coffee and espresso grinder with a touchscreen display, 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel, and a striking appearance. The stepless Micrometric Regulation System makes it incredibly easy to hone in on the perfect flavor.
Grind adjustment is easy and stepless. All you need to do is turn the knob on the top of the grinder until you reach your preferred grind fineness. The grind adjustment system is stepless, providing you nearly infinite grind settings for ultimate precision.

The Eureka Mignon Design uses 55mm flat burrs made of hardened steel to grind through coffee beans. With the 310 watt motor spinning at 1350 RPM, the Mignon Design dispenses 1.8 g/s when set for espresso, and 2.5 g/s when set for brew.
