At Whole Latte Love, we pride ourselves on offering direct technical support for a wide range of products available in our catalog. However, it is important to note that several manufacturers are required to manage their technical support and service in-house or through their designated support groups.

If offered on a product, a Whole Latte Love Extended Warranty extends the coverage provided by the Manufacturer’s Warranty by the time frame indicated.

How do I determine if my product is covered by a warranty?

The full term of a product’s warranty periods starts on the date of its purchase.
To find your product’s warranty term, look at our comprehensive list below.

Parts and Labor are covered under warranty with the exception of consumable parts (Parts that would be replaced during routine maintenance such as seals, mechanical components such as valves in group heads - these items are only covered within 30 days of receipt).

Note: If Whole Latte Love is the warranty holder for your product, the warranty covers parts and labor when sent in for repair. The warranty does not cover issues that are preventable with regular maintenance and care, accidental damages, or shipping to the repair facility. As part of the warranty fulfillment, the repaired item is shipped back to you at a flat rate.

Notes: Warranty eligibility is determined by a technician in our repair shop within the two year period from the date of purchase. If the problem is deemed warranty eligible, parts and labor are no cost to the consumer. The warranty does not cover maintenance needed on the machine, normal wear and tear items like group gaskets, or user error. The warranty does cover electrical and hydraulic functions of the machine. Shipping to and from our location is not covered under a warranty.
