What is or is not covered by Warranty

What is Covered by Warranty:
Whole Latte Love is committed to providing high-quality products. Our warranty coverage includes:

  1. Initial 30-Day Coverage:
    • Defects in Workmanship or Material: Includes improper or damaged seals.
    • Shipping Damage: Applies to damage sustained during initial shipping from us to the customer’s shipping address on the order.
  2. Component Failures Due to Manufacturer Defect (Throughout Warranty Period):
    • Covered: Failures not caused by abuse, or neglect.
    • Specific Components Covered:
      • Control Board
      • PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative Controller)
      • Relay
      • Pump (subject to no water quality issues)
      • Heating Elements (subject to no water quality issues)

What is not covered by Warranty:

  1. Non-Warranty Maintenance Parts:
    • Certain parts are subject to wear and tear and are not covered under our warranty. These include:
      • Group Gaskets
      • Shower Screens
      • Valve Components (E61, Solenoid, Steam/Water Valves)
      • Valve Seals (E61, Solenoid, Steam/Water Valves)
      • Boiler Seals
      • Vacuum Breakers
      • Safety Valves
      • Water Tank Seals and Tanks
      • Carafe, including Seals and Tubes
  2. Shipping:
    • The manufacturer's warranty covers parts and labor for covered repairs under the warranty. It does not cover the cost to ship parts for home repair or the cost of shipping the machine to or from the repair facility. 

Please note, maintenance and replacement of these parts are essential for the optimal performance of your machine and fall under regular customer care responsibilities.

Important Notes:

  • Warranty eligibility is determined by the technician during their diagnostics. If there are any non-warranty covered issues discovered during this process, you will be sent an estimate outlining the cost of these parts and their associated labor.
  • Water Quality and Filtration is of the utmost importance! Starting with "good water" will save you time and money.
  • Failure of normal wear and tear items such as group gaskets, seals, and shower screens are not covered under warranty. Issues due to scale build-up or lack of maintenance are also not covered.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse or neglect.
  • The warranty is only valid within the United States and Canada. Shipping a product outside of its intended country of use will void the warranty.
  • Using a machine that is not certified for commercial use in a commercial setting will void the warranty.
  • Customers are encouraged to maintain their machines according to our guidelines to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
