Based on a mix of both cream and nutty coffees, Gimme! Coffee's Dark Blend is roasted to bring out notes of toasted caramel and hints of smoke. The result is a rich and full coffee. The beans are taken nearly to the second crack while roasting to allow the characteristic of the coffee to shine through the quality of the roast.
