Jura Cold Brew Nitro Kit
The Cold Brew Nitro Kit is an ingenious accessory that uses the milk frother on JURA espresso machines to draw in air and nitrogenate coffee or other beverages for on-demand nitro cold brew. Because air is roughly 80% Nitrogen, the kit simply draws in air along with coffee, infusing the coffee before dispensing it back into your cup.
To operate the Cold Brew Kit, attach it to the milk frother on your JURA espresso machine and secure the glass pickup tube to the side of your cup. Then, prepare a cold extracted beverage like a flat white (where coffee is brewed first) in order to prepare a nitro cold brew in one touch. Alternatively you can simply select a portion of milk to nitro infuse any beverage you like.
