This medium roast blend of South American and African coffees has been gently decaffeinated using a combination of steam treatment and carbon dioxide to ensure maximum preservation of aroma and flavor. In the cup, Dek Filtro is a balanced coffee with pleasant notes of roasted cereals and oak.
