Owning the Nespresso Pixie Clips w/Black and Lemon Side Panels & Aeroccino
Nespresso's Pixie Clips machine is a unique spin on their traditional Pixe model, featuring removable side panels that can be swapped out to customize the machine to your tastes. The machine is otherwise unchanged, remaining one of the smallest single-serve offerings from Nespresso. Under 5" wide, the compact Pixie has a fast preheating time of only 30 seconds and a 24oz removable water reservoir. You can brew up to 11 capsules that are stored in an internal dredge box before having to empty the machine and the reservoir features an LED backlight that will illuminate when it needs to be refilled. When brewing you can select between one of three cup sizes, Ristretto (0.84oz), Espresso (1.35oz), or Lungo (3.72 oz) and choose your favorite as the default. To accommodate larger cups, the drip tray on the Pixie can be collapsed to fit travel mugs under the brew spout. After 9 minutes of inactivity, the machine will shut off automatically.
Rounding out the package is Nespresso's high performance Aeroccino Plus milk frother. With two separate frothing disks the Aeroccino plus can be used to make rich milk foam ideal for drinks like cappuccinos or simply heat your milk for lattes or hot chocolate. Frothing takes only 70 seconds and heats your milk up to 170 degrees. Additionally, the Aeroccino Plus also has a cold frothing option that textures your milk without adding heat. Wrapped in a stylish metal finish, the frother is waterproof and can hold up to 4.4oz of frothed milk and 8.5 ounces of hot milk. The Nespresso Pixie Clips measures 4.4" W x 12.8" D x 9.3" H.
