For when you want to enjoy cold brew at home, Primula presents their Pace Cold Brew Coffee Maker. This temperature safe borosilicate glass carafe has a large 51 oz capacity, and can be conveniently stowed in the fridge or washed in the top rack of a dishwasher.
To use, place your grounds in the fine mesh brew filter in the center of the coffee maker. Then, pour cold water to fill the chamber around your brew filter. Allow for 24 hours in the refrigerator to brew. Then, remove the filter and pour for a smooth, refreshing coffee with 65% less acidity than coffee brewed hot. Safely store cold brew in the fridge for up to two weeks.
