Fatima asked:

how much percent of robusta and Arabica is in segafredo zanetti espresso casa ? thank you .

Answer by mjackson:

Fatima I have searched every place I can and can not find the answer this may help a very good description. From coffee review.com - Nevertheless, rich, deep aroma with a buttery or caramelly nut and bananaish fruit. In the small cup lean mouthfeel and short finish, but quite sweet: pungent nut, hints of chocolate and ripe, slightly fermented fruit. Even sweeter in milk, with a cocoaish chocolate inclination.

Brian asked:

I had a question about using this particular product on a super-automatic machine, I think you're not supposed to use dark roast beans on super-automatic machines correct? what about this product which says medium-to-dark. is that ok or should it only be medium or light roast. thanks!

Answer by mjackson:

Any of the Italian coffees are generally good for super autos as they are not a dark roast. More of a medium roast at the darkest.
