We Visited JURA's New Service Center
Last month in August of 2026, JURA celebrated the grand opening of their new Hospitality and Service center, located in Mt. Joy Pennsylvania. I was happy to be among those invited, accompanied by our Sales Manager Allysa and our Business and Community Relations Manager Zach.

While we were there, we received a tour of the facility, listened to several keynote speakers including JURA CEO Emanuel Probst, attendees from the Pennsylvania government and the Swiss Consulate in NY, and of course David Shull, JURA’s Executive Vice President of Marketing and Communications.
The Facility
The new facility is essentially twice the size of JURA's existing USA repair facility and will be handling repairs for all JURA espresso machines sold in the United States. It took roughly two years to build and is an infrastructure investment as the US is projected to surpass Germany as JURA's largest market within the next 5-10 years. What that means right now is that JURA has incredible capacity to service machines.
The Entrance
The new hospitality center is a massive space that replaces JURA's previous Manheim based facility, doubling the service capacity and adding a customer facing walk-in concept where JURA owners in the United States will be able to simply walk into the facility and drop off their machine for maintenance. The entire project was a collaboration between JURA's USA based team, their counterparts in Switzerland, and Bates Enterprises, JURA's longtime service partner.

Our tour of the facility started in the main entrance where customers are greeted by a fleet of current models with the service area beyond the glass. A service kiosk, complete with a sink and a video display allows a technician to perform a quick diagnostic on a customer's machine before setting it up for service.

The Service Area
The service area was impeccable. With striking red and white Swiss colors, each service station was equipped with all of the tools and resources needed to repair and service machines, with rows of shelves filled with replacement parts along the back wall of the facility.

We were walked through the process of a repair by a veteran JURA technician and got a close look at the work station and even the packaging process after a machine has been repaired. Perhaps most impressive is that it's a "no-lift" facility. The rolling tables and machine rollers are all exactly the same height, so machines never have to be lifted by a technician, simply rolled from one location to the next, with no risk of injury to the technician or of dropping the machine

Once a machine has been repaired, it receives a final descaling before being sent down a set of rollers to be automatically repackaged for shipping. With the new facility, repair turnaround has been reduced to just 1 week or less.

The Products
In addition to our tour of the facility, we were also treated to a live presentation that covered all of the new machines from JURA that launched earlier in August. While we were familiar with most of them, I'm happy to say that JURA hasn't shown all their cards just yet, so just know that there's still more to come from JURA in addition to the machines below.
The Z10
Five years in and JURA updated the Z10 with its new Light Extraction and Sweet Foam brewing technology. The new Z10 is one of the most featureful super-automatic machines I've ever used. Not only does it have a self-adjusting grinder, cold brew, and now light extraction, but the machine can actually be programmed to wake up and brew for you in the morning using a feature called "Coffee Timer."
This was a much needed update to my favorite JURA machine and you can check out my review or Zach's video on the Z10 below:

The J10 Twin
JURA's J10 Twin is possibly their most exciting machine, being a premium dual grinder super-auto that's nearly $2K less expensive the GIGA 10 (JURA's only other home machine with two grinders). The J10 Twin now features all four of JURA's worlds of indulgence, having added both cold and light drinks to the menu. You can check out my full review of the J10 Twin below;

The E8
If you're familiar with JURA, the E8 might not sound all that new, and to be honest, it isn't. JURA is now on their fifth generation of the E8 series machines. It's the most popular machine in their entire catalog and has received incremental refinements across generations.
$2,599.00
The current gen E8 features three worlds of indulgence, Classic, Light, and Sweet Foam, and almost equally as impressive is that it's even more compact at just 10.6" wide, down from 11".
The Nitro Kit
The Cold Brew Nitro Kit is a wild new accessory from JURA that uses the milk frother on the machine to infuse nitrogen into your coffee (or really anything for that matter). You place the glass pickup tube in your cup and attach it to the side with the included rubber clip. It works by using the suction from the steaming process to draw your coffee through the milk frother which aerates it and produces foam.
$50.00
Now to be clear, the kit does not use compressed nitrogen or any kind of nitrogen cartridge. The air we breath is actually about 78% nitrogen, so the kit is just infusing that into the coffee. To make a one-touch nitro cold brew, the simplest workflow is to prepare a cold flat white. The cold extracted coffee will dispense first, and then the milk portion of the drink will instead use the tube to draw in and foam up your coffee.
Best Practices
Having played with the kit myself, I've picked up on a few tips that I want to share. First is always thoroughly clean your milk frothing assembly since you'll be using it for your nitro beverages as well. Second is that the kit forms a closed loop in your cup, so it will continuously draw and dispense coffee back into the same container.
If you want more foam, just increase the amount of "milk" in your drink (just make sure you don't overflow) Third is that the steam used to create suction will heat whatever liquid passes through the frother, so using extra cold liquid with lots of ice is a must if you want a very cold drink.
Final Thoughts

While we support many brands that we sell directly here at Whole Latte Love, it's important to us that when we don't, that we have full confidence in the brands we choose to partner with. Having the opportunity to see JURA's repair operation up close offered a glimpse into the Swiss way of doing things and showed just how committed they are to offering an even better service experience for customers here in the United States. And to that, all I can say is, nicely done.
