I’d like to cancel my order

To initiate a cancellation, please contact us via phone at 585-924-7170 during our business hours.

To cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure we can process the cancellation before the shipment is sent out. Orders canceled within 30 minutes of being placed will not incur a cancellation fee.

If the order has not yet shipped and the 30-minute cancellation window has passed, a 2% cancellation fee will apply. If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but we can assist with a return authorization. In this case, the package will need to be returned to us, and a $25 reroute fee per package, along with a 5% restocking fee, will apply.

The 5% fee may be waived if you are exchanging for a product of equal or greater value or opting for store credit toward a future purchase.
