Latte Rewards Update – What You Need to Know

What changes are happening with Latte Rewards?

We recently made the decision to phase out points earning, which allows us to stay focused on delivering great deals, frequent discounts and exceptional customer experiences. You will have an opportunity to redeem and use any remaining points accrued on your account between now and September 30, 2025.

Here’s what’s changing:

• As of March 2025: We stopped issuing Latte Rewards points to customers for purchases or other activities.

• Customers can continue to redeem points for rewards until September 30, 2025.

• The last date to apply redeemed rewards to orders is September 30, 2025.

• All remaining points balances and redeemed rewards will expire on October 1, 2025.
  
  

All redeemed Rewards will expire on October 1, 2025, or their original expiration date—whichever comes first.

How are my points calculated from my orders?

We stopped issuing points as of March 2025. Any points you've already earned can still be redeemed until September 30, 2025 or their expiration date.

How can I see my current point balance?

You can view your balance in your account page.

I can’t see my points—what happened?

If your balance is under 500 points (less than the minimum for a reward), your points will no longer display starting May 20, 2025.

Keep in mind that Latte Rewards points expire 6 months after they’re earned or on October 1, 2025, so if you haven’t used them within that timeframe, they may have already expired.

Why can’t I see my previously redeemed discount codes?

All discount codes redeemed before May 20, 2025 were removed and issued back as Latte Rewards and will need to be redeemed again from your Latte Rewards page.

How do I redeem my points for rewards?

If you have enough points, you can redeem them through your rewards page until September 30, 2025.

Do my rewards expire once I claim them?

Yes. Rewards expire 6 months from the day they’re claimed or on October 1, 2025, whichever comes first. For example, a reward redeemed on May 1, 2025, would expire on October 1, 2025 (not November 1, 2025).

Do my Latte Rewards points expire?

Yes. Points expire after 6 months since earned or on October 1, 2025, whichever comes first. Points may have different expiration dates depending on when they were earned.

Can I use multiple rewards in one order?

Select rewards like shopping credit can be used more than once in the same order if you have enough points. They may also be combined with promo codes. All rewards, redeemed or in point form, expire on October 1, 2025.

Can rewards be unredeemed?

Once a reward is claimed, it cannot be unredeemed or exchanged for a different one.
