Package says delivered but you don’t have it?
- Check for multiple shipments – Your order may arrive in separate boxes with different tracking numbers.
- Look around – Carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden spots (porches, patios, behind objects).
- Parcel lockers – USPS may place your package in a locker. If you didn’t get a key, contact your local post office or building management.
