Frozen Irish Coffee
Irish coffees are most popular around St. Patrick’s day, but using frozen ingredients and blending them together adds a new twist that makes it perfect for summer weather.
Ingredients
1 cup cold brew, frozen into ice cubes (I brewed with Whole Latte Love’s Beamed Upfor an added smoky flavor, but a medium or light roast will also work nicely)
1 oz Irish cream
1 oz kahlua
Brown sugar simple syrup to taste (I used about ½ oz)
The ingredients for Frozen Irish Coffee.
Directions
Brew your cold brew, and once it’s ready to drink, pour it into an ice mold and let it freeze, about 4 hours.
Once the cold brew is fully frozen, combine the cold brew ice cubes with the tequila, kahlua, and simple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
Rim your margarita glass with your brown sugar simple syrup, then dip the rim in brown sugar.
Pour your frozen mixture into your margarita glass.
Enjoy!

Sometimes a regular iced coffee just won’t cut it. This recipe is perfect for summer brunches when you’re short on time but still want a unique recipe to bring to the table.
Ingredients
Brown sugar simple syrup to taste (I used about ½ oz)
The ingredients for a Nitro Mint Espresso Martini.
Mint Simple Syrup Directions
To make the mint simple syrup, submerge the mint leaves in the sugar in a sealed container for at least 12 hours.
Add ½ cup of boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Let sit for 20-30 minutes then strain out the mint leaves.
Let chill completely before mixing into the drink.
Directions
Brew your espresso and let it chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. If you’re short on time, you can also shake your espresso in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.
Combine all the ingredients in the iSi Nitro Whip and shake to combine before screwing in the Nitro Charger.
Follow directions for the Nitro Whip and dispense into your martini glass.
Enjoy!
