Vegan Iced Maple & Macadamia Nut Cappuccino
Ingredients
- Maple syrup
- Macadamia nut syrup
- 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
- Macadamia milk

Directions
Step 1
Fill a 12 oz frothing pitcher one third of the way full with the macadamia milk.
Step 2
Brew a shot of espresso and froth your milk. For an authentic cappuccino, you’ll want equal parts dry milk foam and hot milk.
Step 3
Fill your glass halfway with ice and add 1 pump of your maple and macadamia syrup.Top off with your espresso.
Step 4
Thoroughly mix your ice, syrup, and espresso. Slowly pour your milk into your glass. A thick layer of foam should follow the initial liquid milk.
Step 5
Lightly drizzle maple syrup on top of your iced cappuccino and you’re all set!
