Whether you are getting your Gaggia Classic ready to be shipped, stored, or ready for a boiler/seal replacement, you will want to ensure the boiler is drained. Aside from it just being good to flush the boiler once in a while, a drained boiler prevents the risk of:

  • Freezing and water damage in shipping
  • Water quality issues during storage
  • Excess water mess if replacing the boiler or the boiler seals

Warranty Disclaimer: Failure of normal wear and tear items such as group gaskets, seals, and shower screens are not covered under warranty. Issues due to scale build-up or lack of maintenance are not covered.
