Anfim LUNA Espresso Grinder

The Anfim LUNA is a 65mm Italian espresso grinder that can comfortably fill the role of light commercial or prosumer use. With a vivid 3.5" touchscreen display, programming and dose selection is simple and the LUNA offers precision adjustment via a stepless micrometric knob.

Features and Benefits

The LUNA grinds with a set of 65mm burrs and 620 W motor. When grinding for espresso, the average output reaches a speed of 3.6/sec. which is suitable for use in low-volume cafés or use as a backup grinder for decaf. Up to three unique recipes can be programmed by time within 1/10th of a second. The recipes are displayed on the screen to access with just a touch in addition to a fourth option for manual grinding. The LUNA is capable of hands-free grinding and is equipped with a portafilter activated grinding via the start switch in the portafilter holder.

For ease of cleaning and servicing, the grinds chute is adjustable and removable, and key components that require frequent servicing are accessible without the use of additional tools. The LUNA is housed in full, made-in-Italy metal casework and features a removable magnetic catch tray that attaches at the base of the grinder.

    Coffee is ground by a set of 65mm special steel burrs produced in Germany for Anfim. The powerful 620 W motor grinds espresso at speeds of up to 3.6g/sec and the burrs are rated to grind up to 800 KG of coffee.

  • Stepless Micrometric Grind Adjustment

    Using the small knob to the right of the touchscreen that can be turned with just a single hand. Grind size can be easily adjusted with a high degree of precision thanks to the stepless burr movement.

  • Touchscreen Display

    You can access three grind recipes at a time via the 3.5" touchscreen, each programmable within 1/10th of a second. A fourth option for fully manual grinding is also available as needed.

  • Made in Italy

    Anfim grinders are made in Italy in a factory not far from Milan. The company has been in business since 1932 and the grinders are designed for longevity and ease of service.
